RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us to process your product return for refunds. WUDERN will provide you with an RMA number to include in your shipping label.  If you simply send an item back, it will not be accepted.

WUDERN will accept, for return and exchange, items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Returns beyond 30 days from the time of your order will not be accepted.

After checking the condition of the product we will confirm your acceptance of shipping and send you a shipping slip.


Return method 

Mailing fees for returns that are not the fault of Qualifirst staff will be paid by the customer.

If you believe an item was damaged in transit or defective in any way, you must report it by email to us within 48 hours, including pictures.
