Frequently Asked Questions
Wudern customers get Fast, Free Shipping on ALL orders, NO minimum order value. We Ship Canada wide with reservations for remote areas. All Items will be sent from our GTA warehouse within 24 hours of your purchase. Most orders placed before 2pm EST will be shipped the same day.
Most order arrive within 1-4 business days. For some larger items and if you live in less populated areas shipping time can require additional days.
Receiving your order
All orders are shipped with our logistics partners. For larger items they will contact you with the phone number provided at check out to schedule a drop-off time.
Please Note: All items are shipped with our partner logistics providers and we can not schedule a drop-off time when you place your order.

All returned items will be charged a restocking fee and must be sent back in the original package in unused condition. After we have received the returned items will be inspected by Wudern. We recommend all returns being sent using a tracking parcel as we are not liable for undelivered/lost parcels. Please note: We do not cover return postage costs
All orders can be cancelled before the items has been shipped and we will offer a full refund. If you cancel your order after the items has left our warehouse you will be charged the shipping fee and refunded the products cost.
Damage During Shipping
If your order has been damaged during shipping. Please file a complaint and register your damage with the shipping provider when receiving your product. Photograph package and products damage and email the images to us and we will take care of the rest.
After the returned items has been inspected and approved by our team we will process your refund. Any refund will be sent to your account within 7 working days.
